Foundationally, people can easily be healthy by following the precepts found in the Bible. In Exodus 23:25 it says, “Worship me and I will bless your food and drink and keep you from sickness.” According to research at The Ohio State University the four most essential steps for longevity are: meditation—a politically correct term (instead of using “prayer”), stretching, aerobic anaerobic exercise, and nutrition.
