In order to lead and contribute to a successful ministry or administer God’s unending love in a personal way, it is important to encourage each other with compliments and helpful exhortation. Encouragement helps people feel loved and gives them a desire to reach their full potential as a person and a servant of Christ.
Do not let any unwholesome talk come out of your mouths, but only what is helpful for building others up according to their needs, that it may benefit those who listen. Ephesians 4:29
Preach the word; be prepared in season and out of season; correct, rebuke and encourage–with great patience and careful instruction. II Timothy 4:2
